Cleaning matched to the material, not to the highest pressure available
House soft washing, pressure washing, fences, decks and outbuildings. Siding and painted wood get low pressure; hard surfaces get a surface cleaner.

REAL CLEARFLOW JOBS
exterior cleaning jobs, before and after
Shot from a fixed position so the only thing that changes is the work. Most contractors keep only the after, which is the half that proves nothing.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Don't Wait for the Next Storm.
Clearing the water path on a schedule costs a fraction of excavating a collapsed line, and it happens in dry weather. The failure calls all arrive in the same week of the same storm — which is the week everyone else is calling too.

COMMON QUESTIONS
exterior cleaning questions
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing cleans with force. Soft washing cleans with a solution at garden-hose pressure and lets dwell time do the work. Siding, painted wood, screens and roofs need the second, because pressure drives water behind the surface.
Will soft washing hurt my plants?
Not when the beds are pre-wetted and rinsed afterward, which is part of the job rather than an extra. We tarp what needs tarping and keep the solution off anything that is actively flowering.
How often should a house be washed in North Florida?
Every one to two years for most homes here. Humidity and shade let mildew re-establish quickly, and the north and east elevations always go first because they stay damp longest after rain.
Do you clean fences and decks the same way as siding?
Wood needs the gentlest approach of all, because pressure raises the grain and leaves permanent lap marks. We clean it with a solution and low pressure, working with the grain, and we tell you upfront when a board is too far gone to improve.
