What changes above one story
Reaching a third-floor wall from the ground needs volume and a solution that clings long enough to work on the way down, not more pressure. Rinse water also has much further to travel, so it collects grime from everything below it. The sequence of the work matters more than it does on a house.
Matching the method to the material
Stucco and block are porous and take a gentler mix with a longer dwell. Brick with aging mortar takes almost no pressure at all. Painted metal panel cleans easily but streaks if it is rinsed unevenly. We identify the wall assembly before quoting, because the material sets the method.
Working around an occupied building
Entrances, walkways and parking need to stay usable, so we work in sections and keep runoff off the paths people actually walk on. Where a building has to keep operating through the work, the schedule is the constraint that shapes everything else, including which elevation we start on.

The part of a building people actually look at is the entry: the door surround, the covered ceiling above it, the concrete leading up to it and the gutters over it. Cleaning acres of wall and leaving a stained entry canopy gets the square footage right and the impression wrong.

Wall cleaning puts us close to every downspout, roof edge and drain inlet on the property. We note what is discharging against the building, what is overflowing and which inlets are silted in, because those are the reasons the wall was stained where it was stained.

How high can you reach without scaffolding?
Three stories is routine from the ground with the right equipment and solution. Above that, or where a wall cannot be reached safely from grade, it becomes an access question rather than a cleaning one, and we will say so rather than reaching for a taller ladder.
Can you clean a stucco building without damaging it?
Yes, with low pressure and a longer dwell. Stucco is porous, so pressure both etches the finish and drives water into the wall. Any cleaning method that would remove stucco staining quickly is a method that is damaging the stucco.
Do you clean the entrance and walkways too?
We recommend it, because those are what people actually see. Concrete at an entrance is a hard surface and cleans with a surface cleaner rather than the wall method, so it is a distinct part of the quote rather than something absorbed into the wall price.
What do you need from us before starting?
Water access, a route to each elevation, and a plan for anything that has to stay open while we work. If there are tenants, deliveries or specific hours to avoid, we would rather build the schedule around them than work around a surprise on the day.
