Even cleaning on concrete, pavers and brick, without the wand stripes

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks and walkways. A surface cleaner holds consistent distance and pressure, so the finish comes out uniform.

REAL CLEARFLOW JOBS

concrete & surface cleaning jobs, before and after

Shot from a fixed position so the only thing that changes is the work. Most contractors keep only the after, which is the half that proves nothing.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Don't Wait for the Next Storm.

Clearing the water path on a schedule costs a fraction of excavating a collapsed line, and it happens in dry weather. The failure calls all arrive in the same week of the same storm — which is the week everyone else is calling too.

Recurring care for

  • Drainage systems
  • Gutters and downspouts
  • Roof care
  • Exterior cleaning
  • Seasonal property maintenance

COMMON QUESTIONS

concrete & surface cleaning questions

Why does cleaned concrete sometimes end up striped?

Because it was cleaned with an open wand. Holding a narrow jet by hand cannot keep constant distance or overlap, so the pass lines etch into the surface permanently. A surface cleaner spins two nozzles under a shroud at a fixed height, which is what produces an even finish.

Can pressure washing damage a driveway?

It can. Too much pressure on the wrong surface erodes the cement paste between the aggregate and leaves the slab rougher than it started, and it blows the sand out of paver joints. The pressure gets set to the material, and paver joints get re-sanded.

Will the oil stains come out of my driveway?

Fresh oil usually lifts with a degreaser and hot water. Old oil that has soaked into the pores rarely comes out completely, and we will tell you that before starting rather than after. Expect substantial improvement, not always erasure.

Is cleaning a pool deck different from a driveway?

Yes, on two counts. The surface is often textured or coated, so it takes lower pressure than a plain slab, and the runoff has to be directed away from the pool and the surrounding beds rather than simply pushed to the nearest edge.
